From the USA:

We use USPS by default because it is reliable. If requested, we can use Fedex. Arrival time is around 3-4 days.

From Vietnam:

Shipping directly from Vietnam allow us to pass savings to our customers. Experience shows us that the Vietnamese post office is reliable but shipping time is around 2-3 weeks. In case of a large order, we can use Fedex at $10 a kilo for 4 days arrival to the USA.
